from 2 nights the summer card is included in your package for free.  This is your free key to the infrastructure of the Arlberg. The summer cable cars and chair lifts, the hiking busses that will take you back home from wherever you are, Tennis, the romantic outdoor pool with slide, the Kids Fun park and much more.

• the hiking buses in the Arlberg area - from Zürs to Warth (only € 5,- toll to the Naturpark Zugertal)
• for hikers along the lechvalley Long distance hike also the lech valley Bus Line 4268 to Steeg (so können Sie hier in Warth bequem 2-3 Tage nächtigen und 3 Etappenziele erwandern.

great location yes - the Hotel is situated right at the entrance of Ski Arlberg Wannenkopf beginner chairlift, Steffisalp main chairlift, children fairytale land with ropelift -  (360km of pistes)
NO – you don't need a bus to get to the lifts
yes - the skischool is next to the HOTEL 50meters Walking distance
yes – a brandnew TOP Sportshop/rental is IN the Hotel! you can rent or buy for Special conditions as Hotel guests
yes – Warth is the secret side of the Arlberg with only 200 inhabitants it is still very cozy and traditional
Anreise: yes – there are 3 main roads to Warth - in Winter you should be carefull with the road to Lech - check twice if it is open - otherwise choose your route via the Bregenzerwald or via Reutte and the Lech valley
yes – all the roads are tidy and cleaned very well - it is very seldom that you Need snow chains. (in chase of heavy snowfalls just at your Arrival date - call us -we can give you information about the snow Situation
Sommer highlightsyes – the Arlberg is also an unspoiled paradise in summer - the hotel is situated right at the unique Long distance hike "LECHWEG" where you can hike up to 4 stages from the trail
yes – there are many outdoor acitivites like hiking, Tennis, climbing, river rafting, Canyioning and especially Golf.  The highest and most beautiful GOLF COURSE in Austria - with 9 holes is only 10 minutes by car from the Hotel - or the Golfcourse in Riefensberg 45minutes.  Warth-Lech is a hidden gem and offers plenty of fun for the whole family.

we are very animal friendly. You can certainly bring your loved ones on 4 feed along with you. Especially in summer it is a paradise for dogs with uncountable trails and hiks starting from the Hotel.  In winter you have to consider that your dog shouldn't just stay in the room while you are up on the slopes. If you are a non and have time to go for walks both will have their fun - otherwise we recommand to leave your dog at home.
on request you can bring your dog in his own basket or blanket. They don't have Access to the main Dining room - if you tell us in advance we can reserve a table in the Panorama Salon for you and your dog.  Price per day € 15,- in summer we offer Special rates.

as always something can happen - we recommand to have a travel insurance.  The European travel insurance is specialized on Ski and leisure Holidays and Safes you from unnecessary costs.

the Austrian Hotel and Travel Agency policies apply:

• until 3 month before Arrival: no costs
• if a deposit has to be returned there  is a processing fee of € 60,- to 90,--
• 3 month to 1 month before arrival: 40% Stornokosten
• 1 month to 1 week before Arrival : 70% Stornokosten
• in the last week: 90% Stornokosten - late Arrival or  early departure 100%
• NON REFUNDABLE RATES: full amount has to be paid instantly and there is NO REFUND on reduced non refundable. rates
